PVC-U pipes, fittings for drinking water supply are manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB/T19002-1994 and ISO9002:1994. To meet the needs of rapid development of domestic chemical building matreials and improvement of living standards of people and adhering to the idea of which water is the foundation of health, Xiangsu produces PVC-U pipes for drinking water supply which can substitute traditional water-supply pipes, provide clean, healthful potable water, meanwhile, no secondary pollution occurs. Xiangsu PVC-U potable water supply pipe has been approved to meet all sanitary requirments and as a new-type healthful and environmental-protective product through vigorous tests.

Material:

1. Xiangsu healthful drinking pipes obtain the certificetes approved by Government Quality Inspection Department and Sanitary Department.

2. The color of Xiangsu PVC-U drinking pipe and fitting is blue or white, meanwhile can be specified by customer.

3. The standard pipe length is 4m and 6m, also can be specified by customers.

4. Xiangsu PVC-U healthful drinking pipe working pressure has four series: 0.63mpa, 0.8mpa, 1.0mpa, 1.6mpa; fitting has two series: injection fitting, metal & plastic fitting, rubber ring plastic.

The Sanitary Index of PVC-U Pipe, Fittings meet the requirements shown in figure below

1.       Product wont cause water change odor, taste or color;

2.       The content PVC-U monomer not over 5mg/kg; the subsidiary should ensure the sanitation of pipes

3.       In order to meet the standard of GB, the sanitation function of product should meet the requirement hereunder.
